You can follow these steps to troubleshoot your login:
- Make sure you are using the correct email address that was registered for using ROKKEX.
- Check your username and password for possible typos.
- If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), make sure you are entering the correct code and that the time is synced properly.
- If you have lost or forgotten your password, click “Lost password?” at the login page and enter your registered email address. Note that password reset will cause temporary withdrawal lockdown, which might take from 5 to 15 days.
If you do not receive the password reset email, either you have entered an incorrect email address, or the letter may be in your spam folder.
