Once your ROKKEX account is created the next step would be to verify it. Our goal is to keep up with the highest KYC and AML standards. Accounts that are not verified are not able to trade/deposit/withdraw any assets, while the accounts with the first or second level of verification have some limits.
How to verify your ROKKEX account:
- Login, open the drop-down menu (the top right corner) and go to your Account Overview page.
- Here you can see your current verification level and limits. Click the button below to verify or increase the verification of your account.
- First level verification will request your full name, country of residence and your National Identification Number. Also, you will have to provide us with a copy of your ID card/passport and a photo of yourself.
- In order to reach the second and third level verifications with higher trade/deposit/withdraw limits you will have to contact ROKKEX customer support and all the needed information will be confirmed manually.
While your account is being verified you will see the verification button be marked as pending.
The first level verification is automated and should be confirmed in few minutes, however, it is double checked manually afterwards for additional security.
